Return and Refund Policy

At Pet Lumio, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Opened refill packs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return: Email us at support@petlumio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
